  1. Please bear in mind, that if you choose non-metric in-put, the out-put reflected on the diet plan and data assessment is going to be metric and in Kg.

  9. Choose one of your major goals and your desired body weight. Desired body weight should not deviate more than 5-10% of the ideal body weight. Ideal Body weight is easy to calculate. "Your height in cm minus 100 minus 15% for Ladies" and "your height in cm minus 100 minus 5% for Men".
  10. Example: Woman: 180 cm tall minus 100 = 80 Kg minus 15% = 68 Kg = Ideal Body weight.
  11. Choose your motivation level. Please bear in mind that if you are not really motivated to reach your goal, it is not gonna happen.
  12. Tell us how fast you want to reach your goal. The most successful and reliable healthy ways of changing your body composition are the slow and informal ones.
