deus1.org sends the ordered nutrition plan directly to the e-mail address provided by the customer and a download link is also made available immediately after payment. This link is available to the customer for at least 24 hours. The benefit and risk are transferred to the customer when the downloaded nutrition plan is handed over.

5. Terms of payment

The deus1.org nutrition plan must be prepaid before downloading. This nutritional plan is not officially taken over by health insurance. deus1.org also reserves the right to deliver against prepayment, cash on delivery, or credit card payment. In the event of incorrect information, deus1.org can reject orders received without giving reasons. Complaints about services do not entitle to withhold payment.

6. Retention of title and right to copy

The nutrition plan and any additional content may not be copied or reproduced. deus1.org is entitled to have its retention of title entered in the relevant retention of the title register.

7. Complaints

Deus1.org is to be informed immediately in writing (e-mail) of any deficiencies - if recognizable no later than 24 hours after the download. Defective documents can be reimbursed after prior contact with deus1.org. Minor customary deviations that are based on poor printer properties are not considered defects. In the event of incorrect orders on the part of the customer or of a diet plan made to order, a return is fundamentally excluded.

8. Scope

deus1.org guarantees that correct nutritional information that meets the requirements is provided. In the event of technical errors, deus1.org will deliver a replacement or, after consultation, issue the customer with a corresponding credit note, unless the customer has not reported the defect in due time in accordance with the above provisions. Any further guarantee, in particular for the properties and effects of the products, is excluded insofar as this is permitted by the statutory provisions. Further product liability and warranty claims as well as any complaints regarding health products are to be addressed to the manufacturers of the corresponding products.

deus1.org is not obliged to deliver a replacement if it proves that it is not responsible for the defect complained about, in particular in the event of subsequent changes to the products by the customer or in the case of defective products or services from third parties for which the customer is responsible. Claims for damages due to possible errors in the images or in the texts are excluded.

9. Data protection

deus1.org complies with the Swiss data protection act. It only acquires and processes personal data insofar as this is necessary for business transactions (e.g. in dealing with customers) or due to legal provisions. In particular, deus1.org can pass on data to third parties insofar as this is necessary to meet legal obligations. Deus1.org can also use personal data to maintain customer relationships, for example in the context of marketing campaigns. It can work with third parties in this regard. The customer waives the surrender of the documents required by law for mail order business. The customer agrees to the verbal provision of information.

10. Prices

All prices are given in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax and any advertised discounts. Price, color, and product changes as well as errors are reserved.

11. General

Deus1.org expressly reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time. With the use of the services of deus1.org, these general terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted without reservation. Deviating conditions of the customer are non-binding for deus1.org, subject to express written approval. Subsidiary agreements or further commitments from deus1.org require written confirmation
